Frequently asked questions
Are you a factory or trading company?
We cooperate with multiple qualified professional aquarium hardware factories. We provide factory‑direct wholesale price, stable quality and flexible OEM service for global buyers.
What is your standard MOQ? Can we get lower MOQ by mixing different items? Are small trial orders available?
Our standard MOQ is 10 sets per item. Small-batch trial orders are welcome for you to test the local market, and mixed-container orders combining different products can enjoy more flexible quantities. Please contact us to confirm the exact quantity for your order.
Can you send samples before placing bulk orders? How about sample cost?
Samples are available. Buyer covers sample freight. Sample cost can be deducted when you place a formal bulk order.
Do you support OEM / private label customization?
OEM private label cooperation is available. We generally provide white plain box with adhesive sticker labels and polybag packaging. Adjustments to accessory combinations are also available to meet market demands from different regions. Custom logo printing on product bodies and full‑color retail color‑boxes can also be discussed for large‑volume orders. Please send us your detailed requirements, and we will evaluate feasible solutions for you.
Can I mix different aquarium products in one order?
Yes, mixed wholesale is acceptable. You can combine different aquarium cleaning tools, filter parts and pump accessories in one shipment.
What is your production lead‑time after order confirmation?
Production lead‑time depends on product type and order quantity. Lead‑time is relatively shorter for small‑volume orders, while larger orders and orders with custom‑logo requirements will require longer production time. Exact lead‑time will be provided once all order details are confirmed and stated on Proforma Invoice (PI) for your reference. Lead‑time may fluctuate during peak seasons, so we recommend you communicate with us in advance before placing orders.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Sure. You can assign your own freight forwarder to pick up goods. We will prepare goods and deliver them to your forwarder’s warehouse in China.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we provide international shipping to most countries worldwide. We have stable and reliable shipping channels for global aquarium hardware wholesale orders. Our website is optimized for North American traffic, but our wholesale business serves global buyers from all regions.
Why are only part of products shown on the website?
We have a full range of aquarium hardware supplies. We are gradually sorting and uploading more items. If you cannot find your required products, please send us an inquiry.
